Replacement cost valuations that insurers and boards can rely on.
We inspect condominiums, residences and commercial buildings across Puerto Rico and report what it would cost to rebuild them, down to every generator, cistern and gate.
- Emergency generator
- Potable water cistern
- Fire pump room
- Vehicular gates
- Hi-rise condominiums
- Walk-up condominiums
- Residences
- Retail and offices
- Schools and campuses
- Industrial buildings
Every valuation starts on site. We walk the roof, the basement and the generator room, and record what it would take to rebuild, item by item.

Bare wall or full value?
Condominium policies often insure the building to one of two limits. Our reports give both, so the board and its producer can choose with the figures in front of them.
Bare wall
The structure and common systems, without the original interior finishes inside the units.
Full value
Everything in bare wall, plus the original private elements: floor, wall and ceiling finishes within the units.
Special classes are scheduled separately and are not added to either total.
From request to report

- Step 1
Request
A producer, board or owner asks for a valuation or inspection. We confirm the scope and book the visit.
- Step 2
Site visit
An inspector walks the property, records each special class and photographs it.
- Step 3
Report
The report is prepared in our standard format, reviewed and delivered with an invoice.
- Step 4
Every year after
The next update starts from the last one. We confirm what changed rather than starting over.
